We will gladly offer you an exchange or a refund if the product is not of acceptable quality (e.g. defects) or if the product does not match its description (e.g. different colour or size). In such case, please call or email us within 3 business days of receiving the product informing us of the issue. We will contact you within 2 business days to make arrangement for the return. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and if it has issues as mentioned, we will make the necessary exchange or refund arrangement. Any handling and/or postage cost incurred in these circumstances by yourself will be credited or refunded to you accordingly.
If it is a case of change of mind, we will offer you a credit or exchange up to the value of the product returned. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. In these circumstances, any handling and/or postage costs will be your responsibility.
